TIMOTHY W. LONG What have you contributed to the apocalyptic horror genre and what are you best known for?Can you tell us about it?
JACQUELINE DRUGA I believe I contribute a family oriented, human side of the apocalypse through my writing. I am often criticized for not having the ‘action’ but that’s not what my stories are like. It’s sort of like if most PA books are the move The Day After, I am the movie equivalent Testament. Most people know me for my book, Sleepers, which is a variation of Zombies. My ‘striken’ are not dead, they are violent from a virus that had previously rendered them into a state of sleep. They are like they violent Sleepwalkers.
